Admin Assistant Job Posting
The client needed to hire for a new admin position, I designed the artwork and wrote the copy for the job description.

We had many applications and increased the overall traffic to the page, the client was very happy with the results and made a hire from the applicants.
The client needed a 2nd post for another admin position - as expansion meant they needed to hire more people.

I created this new artwork along with the copy and posted to their social media, watching the paid ad run. This time however, we also posted to LinkedIn and Indeed and focusing on the analytics meant we gained more traction and received a lot more candidates in response to the Ad.

When posting a job position it’s important to add an image, not only do our brains process image quicker than text, we’re actually 65% more likely to retain the information if an image is included.

It’s also key to have a call to action, give your audience an indication of what you want out of them; want a bigger audience? Ask them to follow. Want more engagement? Ask your followers to comment below. Provide some direction and let them know what it is you want from the interaction.
